This home study is designed to give the reader a comprehensive overview of Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD) and Irritable Bowel Syndome (IBS).  The symptoms of each are different overall as the causes are different.  Yet, the two conditions have many of the same symptoms.  This program discusses dignostic tests for each, as well as symptoms each patient presents.  It is important for patients with either condition to be under the medical care of a physician who has experience in treating these diseases to help the person have controllable symptoms instead of constant abdominal pain.
